Order details you provide. The recipient’s and sender’s names, the occasion and relationship, mood, style and voice preferences, the song language, your story and memories, and your personal gift message. If you ask us to save or recover an order, we also collect your email address.

Payment and transaction data. Checkout and order information such as the amount, currency, and payment status. Your full card details are handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored by us.

Gift-page content. The song title, cover image, lyrics, names, and message that appear on your private gift page.

Technical and usage data. Your IP address, device and browser information, and approximate usage and event data, together with essential cookies (such as your language preference) and, where enabled, analytics.

We use your data to:

• create, produce, and deliver your song and gift page;
• process payments and manage your order;
• respond to your messages and provide support;
• keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
• meet our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations;
• maintain and improve the Service.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as security and improving the Service), your consent where required (for example, optional analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.

We use a small number of essential cookies to run the site — for example to remember your chosen language (a “pgs_locale” cookie) and to keep your session working. Where analytics is enabled, we may use additional cookies or similar technologies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We share data only with the providers we need to run the Service, and only to the extent necessary:

• Stripe — to process payments;
• our hosting and infrastructure provider — to run the website and store your order and gift page on our own database;
• an email provider — to send transactional emails and order-recovery links;
• music production and hosting providers — to prepare and host your song;
• where enabled, analytics providers — to understand how the Service is used.

We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

We keep order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and support records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Unpaid draft orders may be deleted after a period of inactivity.

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to your data, and its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to certain processing or withdraw consent you have given. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Please do not use it if you are under the age required in your country to consent to the processing of your data.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
